941 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 941 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 941 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 941 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 941. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions that apply.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
- You use the 941 platform entirely at your own risk.
- These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and paying users.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the 941 platform, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. Each user is only permitted one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 941 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately via the platform's official support email.
- Registration details must be accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Do not share your password with any third party.
- 941 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any fund withdrawal.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 941 platform are required to comply with all applicable rules and use the platform in a lawful and responsible manner. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities on the 941 platform include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud, identity impersonation, or any form of misrepresentation.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or software that interferes with the platform's operations.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of other users.
Violating any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any funds associated with fraudulent activity.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the 941 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including e-wallets and online banking options available to Malaysian users.
Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Account identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in the account holder's name.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take up to several business days.
- 941 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending security review if any suspicious activity is detected.
- Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
941 is not liable for processing delays caused by factors outside the platform's control, including disruptions to third-party payment provider systems.
5. Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
The 941 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. 941 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of funds resulting from betting outcomes.
All content, designs, logos, software, and visual elements on the 941 platform are the intellectual property of 941 and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 941.
6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
941 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms that apply to your use of the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the designated channels and is subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
